EA4151 is a four arm trial conducted through the U.S. National Clinical Trials Network (NCTN) and Blood and Marrow Transplant Clinical Trials Network (BMT-CTN). The trial explored whether auto-HCT benefits patients with Mantle Cell Lymphoma achieving deep first remission, as measured by a highly sensitive immunoglobulin high throughput sequencing minimal residual disease (MRD) assay. We asked Timothy S. Fenske (Professor of Hematology, Medical Oncology – Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee), whom we met at the San Diego ASH 2024 congress, to elaborate on the study data.
